A Patient Portal is a secure, online, password-protected website for storing, updating and retrieving your personal health information. Baptist can send information to your Patient Portal, and you can add information yourself as well.
We invite you to go online today and register for your free account to the Patient Portal. After you create your account, you can securely access your personal health record (PHR) online at no charge, 24 hours a day. You can link your account to Baptist Medical Center and view information from Baptist about your recent hospital visit, allergies, procedures, lab and radiology results, vitals and more – all in one place.To create an account, all you need is a valid email address.
