With the mission to "advance organ availability and transplanting," the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) provides top news stories relating to research and policies, as well as in-depth data on organ donations and transplants dating back to 1986. On the "Resources" page, you'll find a link to publications, including fact sheets and patient brochures. You can also sign up for the organization's bimonthly magazine, which is free of charge to those in the US.
