Baptist provides a number of services to help joint replacement patients continue their recovery and rehabilitation after leaving the hospital. The patient may choose the aftercare options that he or she prefers.
Baptist provides home health services for patients who need continued help at home through Mississippi Home Care Services.
Nurses from the Baptist Health Line contact patients by telephone to monitor their progress, answer any questions they may have and direct them to additional resources if necessary.
