Chaplain Mark Roth

Chaplain Mark Roth grew up in Canada and received his college degree in Ontario. He completed courses in pastoral studies at Rosedale Bible Institute in Ohio and has completed several units of Clinical Pastoral Education from Mississippi Baptist Health Systems. He is currently enrolled in the Christian Counseling under-graduate program at Wesley College.

Mark has experience in accounting, having worked with MBCI, tribal finance, in Choctaw, Mississippi. He has also served as a hospice chaplain. He served 12 years as pastor of Nanih Waiya Indian Mennonite Church in Preston, MS, before relocating to Clinton. At Baptist, Mark will be working with patients on the neurology, restorative care and medical/surgical units.

Mark and his wife, Carol, have three sons: Cody, Gabriel, and Jonathan.
