The Baptist Healthplex-Clinton will be offering a free Fitness Seminar/Demo for Women Monday, May 14 at 6pm. They will have their Fitness Specialist talking about the important of exercise for women. They will also demonstrate exercise and stretches to help women gain bone density, strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and promote weight loss.
