Michael R. McMullan, MD

A native of Union, Mississippi, Dr. McMullan completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Mississippi, finishing Summa Cum Laude. He then earned his medical degree at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in internal medicine, and his fellowship in cardiology. He then completed a fellowship in cardiology, focusing on Interventional Cardiology, Valvular and Adult Congenital Heart Disease, at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina.

Board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, Dr. McMullan is a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American Medical Association, the Mississippi State Medical Association, the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association and the International Society for Adult Congenital Cardiac Disease.

Dr. McMullan is a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon, a Sunday School teacher, and a member of the choir. He is also involved Gideons International. He and his wife, Missy, have two children.
