Jimmy W. Lott, MD

 

After completing his undergraduate degree at Mississippi State University, Dr. Lott earned his medical degree at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in medicine at the University of Tennessee while doing graduate studies in the Electrical Engineering Department at Memphis State University. He completed his fellowship in cardiology at the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences, followed by his fellowship in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. He also completed a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland.

He is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He also has special competency in Cardiac Pacing from the Heart Rhythm Society.

He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and a member of the American College of Physicians and the Southeast Lipid Association.
