CV Clinical Staff: Education, Training, Experience

Health care professionals on staff at Baptist Cardiovascular Services are specially trained in cardiac care, many with advanced certifications in the care of cardiovascular patients. For example, registered nurses with certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Critical Care attend patients before and after procedures. A wide range of technical staff supports our diagnostics and therapeutic areas. Radiology technologists with advanced training and certifications in the area of echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, nuclear cardiology and electrophysiology are an integral part of the cardiovascular team.

Additionally, many members of our cardiovascular staff have years of clinical experience treating cardiac patients. We are fortunate to have nurses and other clinicians who have been at Baptist Cardiovascular Services for more than 20 years.
