J. Michael Bensler, MD

A native of Anchorage, Alaska, Dr. Bensler earned his medical degree at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington, where he also completed his residency. He then finished a fellowship in adult cardiology/clinical cardiac electrophysiology at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital through the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Bensler is board certified in cardiology, electrophysiology and nuclear cardiology. He has participated in numerous research projects and has contributed to articles in several peer reviewed publications.

He is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography; the Heart Rhythm Society; the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians.
