Tammy H. Young, MD

A Vicksburg native, Dr. Young earned her medical degree and completed her internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. After serving as Chief Resident, Dr. Young completed her fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.

Dr. Young is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and Board Certified in Medical Oncology. Dr. Young is a fellow in the American College of Physicians. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the American Medical Association, the Mississippi State Medical Association and the Mississippi Society of Oncology.
