1 cup low fat milk or 1 oz. low fat cheese
Meat:

2 servings/day
3 oz. lean meat, poultry or fish
Vegetables:
One serving is:
3-5 servings/day
½ cup cooked or 1 cup raw vegetables
Fruit:
One serving is:
2-4 servings/day
1 piece fruit or ½ cup juice or canned fruit
Bread/Grain:
One serving is:
6-11 servings/day
