El principal objetivo del tratamiento es extirpar el tumor por completo. La primera opción para el tratamiento y control de los tumores cerebrales involucra cirugía. Si no es posible realizar cirugía o si no extirpa por completo el tumor, se podría usar radiación y quimioterapia.
