Deje de Fumar

Fumar es un conocido irritante pulmonar y posteriormente le privará de oxígeno. Hable con su médico acerca de muchas opciones de tratamiento que hay disponibles para ayudarle a dejar de fumar. Se pueden utilizar fuentes alternativas de nicotina (como los parches o las gomas de mascar) para evitar algunos de los incómodos efectos secundarios que ocurren cuando deja de fumar.

Limite su Consumo de Alcohol

El abuso de alcohol puede incrementar el riesgo de desarrollar neumonía al reducir su resistencia inmune.
