Jackson, Miss. - April 30, 2004 - The Mississippi Fertility Institute at Women's Specialty Center will have a free seminar on "What's New in Fertility Treatments," Tuesday, May 18, 2004. John D. Isaacs, M.D. will present the seminar. He is a double board-certified fertility specialist and a regional leader in fertility care.

The seminar will inform women about fertility treatments. Attendees will learn how dreams of having a baby could come true.

"Treatment with IVF is now easier, and more affordable than ever and success rates continue to improve," Dr. Isaacs added. "Medical advances are refining fertility treatments and making them easier to deliver. Plus, pregnancy rates continue to improve while the numbers of high-order multiple births (triplets, quadruplets, etc.) decrease."

Last year, The Mississippi Fertility Institute witnessed its 100th baby to be born through in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, Miss. The Mississippi Fertility Institute was established in 1999.

The seminar will be held on the 4th Floor of the Radiological Group Building located at 1405 N. State Street in Jackson. Registration is required by calling the Baptist Health Line at 1-800-948-6262 or 948-6262. For more information on fertility treatment visit www.ivfmississippi.com.
